Anticipating that fate, he and his parents and brother emigrated to New York City in 1965. Between 1975 and 1979, he attended Baruch College, from which he graduated with a degree in finance and business administration. In 1989 Mr. Palacci incorporated, under the name Sionson, LLC, a real estate business that he had founded in 1979 and that he continues to operate currently. Mr. Palacci oversees all aspects of this operation. Among them are financing strategies, the negotiation and advertising of leases, and tenant screening and selection. He also manages subcontractors in complex apartment renovation projects. Since 2005, Mr. Palacci has additionally held health and life insurance licenses in New Jersey and New York. With past experience as an agent with companies such as MassMutual and Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., he has since 2016 been an independent broker. Working with an expansive roster of clients, he selects and recommends policies tailored to his clients’ individual and family needs. Having also founded and managed a trucking business and several retail businesses, Sion Palacci maintains a firm commitment to giving back to his community.
