The current system based on capitalism promotes class inequalities and functions on the hierarchy put by the patriarchy, therefore making it harder for women and queer people to have access to education. The patriarchy is strengthen in modern society through religious organisations. Other deprivileged groups like those coming from rural backgrounds or other racial and minority groups are having problems accessing and completing education and feeling accepted and are marginalised by the legislative bodies.

Girls who face intersecting disadvantages stemming from low family income, living in remote or underserved communities, disability, or minority status tend to be farthest behind in terms of access to and completion of education.

Eg. Ratification of diplomas

• equal access to quality health care

  (especially in emergency cases, where life of person is under the threat).

• possibility to live in healthy environment (access to clean water, air which is not polluted).

What kind of inequalities exist through

1. Class

   • ability to afford a private health care (which in most cases is higher quality)

2. Gender

   • healthcare field dominated by men (doctors)

   • medical testing mostly conducted on men

   • reproductive health of women being marginalised

     
     

3. Rural/urban

   • rural ares oftentimes don't have access to professional healthcare

   • states not encouraging doctors to work in rural areas

   • urban areas struggling environmental pollution

4. Cis-hetero/queen

   • inaccessible discriminative queen healthcare

   (Roman, Yezidi, refugees etc)

   • discrimination of ethic minorities

   • refusal of doctors to do abortion due to religious beliefs

How does this theme connect to migration

I equities exist in the groups mentioned because their special needs are being ignored and neglected. Special treatment is not given when it is needed.

These groups have less chance to get the job and they are often put on low paid positions.

Most migration is caused because people dont feel a sense of security in their homeland.

An example of how intersectionality plays a role in migration is how people and media treat people how come from different races, religions and class. At the same time, is how privilege ia recognised within the same topic.

Gaza and Ukraine

Example: Gaza and Ukraine

Most people in Gaza are poor, muslim , have dark features and brown eyes.

Most people in Ukraine are rich, catholic, have light skin, blue eyes.

Most states opened their borders for the Ukrainian people because "they look like us" meanwhile, the same state categorically are closed for people from Gaza.
