         <description><![CDATA[<div>September 19 2017 there was a earthquake in Mexico city and destroyed several buildings and killed more than 200 people. The earthquake was 7.1 magnitude. Hundreds of people including volunteers  and rescue  workers look into the rubble for survivors in damaged buildings. Volunteers are bringing food and water to help official authorities when looking for survivors.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Yesterday at 1:15 pm (local time) an earthquake hit Mexico City killing more than 200 people, buildings fell into pieces.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Puerto Rico and he U.S. Virgin island are destined to experience harsh weather from&nbsp; Hurricane Maria&nbsp;<br><br>Maria had winds speed of 260 km/h&nbsp; and this may awaken hurricane Irma if hurricane Maria&nbsp;<br>heads for the islands .<br><br>The U.S. National Hurricane center disclaimed that Tuesday night Hurricane Maria is approaching St.Croix and the U.S. Virgin islands with speeds as high as 280km/h</div><div><br>If hurricane Maria stays on track it will hit Puerto Rico approximately on Wednesday , then Maria will pass the north Dominican Republic , on either Wednesday or Thursday<br><br><br>The storm reached Dominica population of 72,000 people late on Monday.          <title>Toronto Public Library to offer staff naloxone training for overdoses in branches</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Toronto public library are giving workers naloxone to save lives when overdoses occur. Staff have been recieving training on identifying overdoses and how to reverse the effect with the provided medication. Pam Ryan said in the public, they want people to feel happy, comfortable, and safe. Also they said can't just ignore the problem that's affecting many citizens of Toronto. A public library board meeting being planned next week hints that naloxone kits will be needed throughout the city. Only those who have completed the training given. personal protective equipment will be given. The problem of overdoses from opioid has bumped up in Toronto from previous years.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In the Toronto Public Library they had over 2,000 employees, that work part time and full time. Working hard but not hard enough to satisfy their families needs. The issues started in 2011 when there was a report to be about 28 live bed bug confirmed and 33 million items borrowed. In 2012 there was 22 confirmed incidents and 32 million items borrowed. And so far CTV has trailed 24 incidents in 2013. The employees have been worried about their health, that will not be covered by the government so they called to action, on May, 02, 2016 2,200 librarian workers in positions to strike at 12:01 AM, for the local 4948 ice cream truck named united way. <br><br>Olivia and Toria 💕</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rohingya is a beautiful country located in India. But, chaos has broken out in all refugee camps. The people of Rohingya are struggling to survive as they have lost freedom and basic needs such as water, food and shelter. The people of Rohingya are not only suffering from that but also have to deal with heavy and strong rain which as caused floods that has wreaked many of the refugee camps. On top of that the people of Rohingya have to suffer from the army and diseases that have broken out. Many have fled but, many also did not make it out. 400 deaths were reported and that was just from the army.
