Significant focus on controlling dissent, which is often repressed brutality, including through torture and extra judicial killings.&nbsp;<br><br>The Russian police are seen as Authoritarian due to the recent reform in 2011 as they are federal-level institution. Therefore, this shows that the Russian police force is largely controlled by the government.</div>]]></description>
