One way of restraining a snake if it is quite large for example a boa constrictor would be to have 2 people holding it so there isn't a possible way of the snake becoming loose or risking the life of a person.one person should hold one end of the body while the other holds towards the head.
RESTRAINT
Another way a snake can be handled is a snake hook.This should be used by maybe less experienced snake handlers or when trying to move a more dangerous snake like one that is venomous.The snake hook is also a way of keeping the animal a way from you so it cant strike and also a less stressful way for the snake.

A way to restrain a snake is too hold the back of its head and opening its mouth,this is also a way of extracting the venom out of a snake.
