1-Explain the task- I spoke comfortably to Jed Wright regarding year 2 and how I felt currently about the course as a whole.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? I felt comfortable talking to Jed, as he has been my teacher since the start of the course. I felt open when talking about my worries and concerns.
3- What went well? I had a positive mindset when entering year 2 due to my chat with Jed.
4- What could you improve? I could've been more open with Jed, regarding how I felt with university and life after college.
Evidence 2- Volunteering
1-Explain the task- I volunteered at Wentworth Castle to help with a charity cinema event. I made sure the guests were comfortable within the film, the cark park was well organised, and the customers knew the correct way to go.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It helped me feel more confident when talking to the public as I was there to help the guests if they had questions etc.
3- What went well? The event as a whole was well organised and the guests seem to really enjoy the atmosphere as there was lots of good reviews afterwards.
4- What could you improve? I personally could've brought a jacket, as when it got dark the weather temperature dropped.
Evidence 3- Making an appointment
 1-Explain the task- Outside of college, I made a doctors appointment regarding the contraception pill.
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? I had to build up my confidence in order to phone and personally talk to the doctor individually about my needs. 
 3- What went well? I put my concerns forward and was prescribed the right medication that I needed.
 4- What could you improve? Before I left the appointment, I could've gathered more information regarding the pill.   1-Explain the task- For my current part time job in a supermarket, teamwork is very important within the staff. As a team, you have to make sure all customers needs are met, which could include providing information about certain products or just general information about the store.
  2-How did this develop your communication skills? With working in a supermarket and constantly speaking to customers, its massively built up my confidence, as before I started the job I suffered from social anxiety.
  3- What went well? All staff work well as a team, making sure we provide great customer service.
  4- What could you improve? Throughout completing teamwork tasks, to improve we could work at a faster pace in order to get stuff done quicker. Whether that be re- stocking the shelves or serving customers at checkouts.
Evidence 2- in college
1-Explain the task- throughout the 2 year course we have completed many teamwork tasks. For example, in the summer there was a task where we all got blinded and our group leader had to guide us through a obstacle course by just their voice.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It developed our skills as we had to rely on other peoples voices to guide us through the course.
3- What went well? The instructions of the task were easy to follow and all the class got involved.
4- What could you improve? Communication amongst the class as a whole could've been better as some people didn't take the task seriously so it made it harder for the others to complete it to the best of their ability.
Evidence 3- teamwork
1-Explain the task- In class we had 60 seconds to read an information sheet and then feed back information to our group, which expanded our knowledge skills on a certain topic.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? This developed our skills as we had to communicate correct information between our peers.
3- What went well? All information was passed over correctly and we worked well in a team.
4- What could you improve? I would help those feel more confident who didn't engage as much as others, and make sure the time was managed more correctly. 1-Explain the activity
I attend college on time everyday, as I am motivated in completing the course to the best of my ability. 
2- What went well 
As I have a good attendance, it is reflecting on my high grades as I am up to date with all my course work.  
3- what did not go well
I loose my motivation quickly, resulting in me missing days of college as I don't have the energy to come in. 
4-What would you improve? 
Although my attendance is ok at the moment, I finish my second year in a few months and I still have alot of work to do.
Evidence 2- Crime and justice week 
1-Explain the activity
Throughout the week we had a variety of different speakers coming into college to discuss different insights of different careers. 
2- What went well 
We was given the opportunity to talk to people in different careers, who was there to support us with our future career choices, as well as being there to answer any questions we had.
3- what did not go well
All of my questions was not answered as everyone at the end jumped in and the speaker had to leave
4-What would you improve? 
We could improve by bringing in more speakers within different careers, giving all students more of an opportunity to be interested in a certain job role.
Evidence 3- Volunteering 
1-Explain the activity
I volunteered at a open cinema, which gave me the opportunity to talk to the public and give me more confidence.
2- What went well 
It built up my confidence as I had social anxiety before the event, as well as making friends with the other volunteers. 
3- what did not go well
I underestimated the weather and did dress appropriately, resulting in me being freezing, and as the volunteering event was a open cinema, I ended up getting distracted whilst the film was playing.
4-What would you improve?
