Eat clean is one of the eating habits popular if you want to lose weight or maintain a good body. Firstly, you need to know what is eat clean? On each meal, you will cut down starch from white rice and instead of by necessary food without trans fat. Moreover, you should choose food that has a lot of protein as dry seed as cashew, almond, walnut. You can eat more vegetables, chicken breast. For example, in the morning, I eat cereal with yogurt. At lunch, I eat 100gram chicken breast with vegetables like carrot or broccoli or any vegetables which I have. At dinner, I eat fish and vegetables too. On the first days when I applied the new method of eating, it was so hard. I always feel hungry and really tired. I gave up my favorite food like candies, cakes, gas beverages, fried chicken. However, I realized that if I maintain the old eating habit, my health will be worse day after day. I will risk serious disease. After 2 weeks of applying to eat clean method, I felt better than before. I can do the exercise until an hour without feeling tired. Especially, my weight was lost significantly. I start breakfast with a glass of milk and a slice of peanut sandwich , near lunchtime, i drink a can of milk . I usually eat rice , vegetables and meat at for lunch and dinner , My lunch is 1pm . I have a habit of eating an apple or a banana after dinner . However , sometimes i don't eat lunch or dinner , since I'm fat . I want to lose weight . but right now I'm not well . So i ear lunch and dinner as usual . That's all , thank for listening
