         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.) •Fewer injuries</div><div>      •Less pain<br>      •Improved posture and balance<br>      •A positive state of mind<br>      •Greater Strength <br><br>2.) •Stretch each major muscle group through a full range of motion. Repeat each stretch 2 to 3 times.<br>      •Breathe normally during each stretch. Holding your breath tightens up your muscles and makes the stretch more difficult.<br>      •Stretch gently, slowly, and smoothly. Stretch only to the point where you feel mild tension in the muscle you are stretching. Then hold that position for at least 15 seconds, gently extending the stretch as your muscle loosens. Don't bounce when you stretch -- this can damage your muscles.<br>        •Don't rush through your stretching routine. It's an important part of your daily exercise.<br>        •Stretch when your muscles are already warm. If you haven't just exercised, warm up your muscles by walking for 5 minutes or so.</div>]]></description>

History of volleyball<br>-The game of volleyball, originally ally called “mintonette,” was invented in 1895 by William G. Morgan after the invention of basketball only four years before.<br>3. Game mechanics<br>-Volleyball, game played by two teams, usually of six players on a side, in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth over a high net, trying to make the ball touch the court within the opponents' playing area before it can be returned.<br>4. Scoring <br>-Matches are played best of five sets. The first four sets are played to 25 points, with the final set being played to 15 points. A team must win a set by two points. There is no ceiling, so a set continues until one of the teams gains a two-point advantage.</div>]]></description>
