For this assignment, you will research a university located in the Arab world. Choose one university from any Arab country, and explore its history, academic programs, campus life, cultural significance, etc. In your audio recording, try to answer as many of the following questions as possible:

1. A brief history of the university: Where is it located? When was it founded (أُسِّسَت)? Name of its president? Where are its students generally from?

2. Academic: What are some of the notable/important programs or departments? Is there any information about admissions on the website? Where are the students from mainly?

3. Campus and student life: What is student life like? What extracurricular activities or student organizations are popular on campus?

4. The university’s role in the local community: How does it contribute to the city or country where it is located? Does it have any partnerships or exchange programs with other universities? 

Be sure to include any interesting facts you discover along the way, and reflect on what you’ve learned about the university & its contribution. In addition to the audio recording, post any interesting photos related to your findings that you'd like to share.
