Believe it or not I have been squandering my time a lot during this pandemic by using social media and by playing with my little sis a lot. Everyday my mom scolds me because I don’t help her with her housework. Now in 2021, new year, I will reduce my laziness and I’ll certainly help my mom. By doing housework I can have so many benefits such as losing weight cause I have to move my body a lot and also I can improve my body health as well! Moreover, my mom will not scold me anymore and on the other hand it means that I am a dutiful daughter.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

I want to pratice a new routine in this upcoming year.That is meditation. I have known that meditation is very useful and we should do it but I'd never tried to do it as usual.Perhaps, I didn't know enough about the benefits and importance of meditation. In these days,I have to stay at home and I used social media a lot.Like some of the people as my age,I had no  time limit and I can't even control myself using social media a lot.When I realized it,I knew that I have to control myself again.That's why,I decided to do meditation 5 mins to 20 mins a day.As I'm a beginner,I know that it'd not be easy.But I want to pratice it as my routine.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One routine I want to practice everyday is walking. We are sitting the whole day when we do our homework, use phone or laptop, watch movies, or something like that. Actually, it is not good for our health. Although my house is small, I walk about 30 minutes twice a day. Even if I call my friend, I am talking by walking.<br>And I think we need to give ourselves outdoor time. We may make sure to get some fresh air, sunshine on our skin and out of the house. We can walk in our courtyard or in the park. Sometime early morning , I walk and run in the park near my house. But if you decide to go outside to walk or exercise, you make sure to maintain at least a 1-meter distance from other people during the quarantine.  Bring a hand gel or satellizer, and wear the mask to be safe.</div>]]></description>

         <title>One routine I want to practice everyday is reading. Reading can help to reduce our stress. When we read, we are still. Our bodies do not carry any special movement, they rest. We imagine ourselves the worlds or situations described by words in the book. While reading, we cannot think of the other tasks or worries. Reading helps us build a better vocabulary. In general, the more you read, the richer vocabulary gets. Books are the treasure trove of knowledge. Also, reading lights up new ideas and improves our memory. There are also so many benefits of reading that i haven’t mentioned. So, I think even if we are not free, we should give time for reading at least one hour per day. I will try to grow this reading habit starting from today.</title>

I am going to grow some vegetables on my own  such as lettuce, asparagus, chilli, herbs, etc. In my opinion, planting is a wonderful activity which can make me feel relax and pleasant. Additionally, I will no longer have to go out for vegetables as I'm having my own organic vegetables. I wanted to go to the gym regularly, but the gym is closed due to a lockdown, so I train at my home.<strong> </strong>I also want to eat healthier because I eat a lot of junk food and fizzy drink. I try to doing every of it at least 2 hours per day. It's very importent for me, because I want to develop myself in this way. I will also spend a lot of time to practice my English launguage. I read English Dictionary every evening and I am trying to remember  as much as I can new words. And I really want to start (actually I started it some days ago) eating healthy. In my routeine I will stop eating sugar and drinking fizzy drinks. For sure I will avoid sweetes and I will find a way to exercise at home. I reckon that pandemic and new year time is a good moment to do something new in your life. It doesn't have a big change! You can try to do little things and then do it more difficult.<br>So, my one positive routine is eating healthier. On an ordinary day, when I have to go to school, learn at home a lot or participate in extra activities, like horse riding, I haven't much time to make meals. Usually, I eat a lot of snacks, like cookies, etc. Everyone knows that this food isn't healthy. So I thought that pandemic time is a good moment to change it! Now, when I spend a lot of time at home, I have enough time to make healthy meals. I try to eat more fruits and vegetables, for example, I add lettuce to my sandwiches or eat an apple for a snack. <br>And I really want to tell you that eating healthy foods affect positively on your mental and physical comfort. You have to try it!  I know, it's hard to change a way of eating, but it's possible. You have to be persistent and don't give up. I keep my fingers crossed for your diet!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On the end of 2020 I was thinking about a little change for 2021 and I decided to better organize my time and every morning make a little plan of what I'm gonna do during the day. I heard a lot of people do that so I thought why wouldn't I try. I hope by this I'll be able to be more productive. I think I'm doing well so far but it's can be because of a lockdown, more free time and I'm not as busy as i was before online classes with regullar school. Also when every new year's coming I swear to myself that I'll try to workout a little bit every or every second day but it's never last long among of time and I'm trying to include this in my plan of a day now and i hope maybe this year I'll keep it.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello! Everybody knows that the year 2020 is over, and therefore, everyone has closed the old chapter in your life and started a new one. The new page in our life is associated with new goals that we want to accomplish, new routines, and new dreams. Unfortunately, the coronavirus bothers us, for example, we can't go to the gym, everywhere are limitations. Nevertheless, we cannot overlook the fact that actually we can do want we want, the most significant is commitment, our willingness, and thinking outside the box. This year I want to be focused on the important aspects of <strong>lifestyle. </strong>I managed to excogitate a new routine, that I'm proud of. Every day<strong> I wake up at 6:45 am</strong>, next, to start the day right, I practice<strong> yoga </strong>for 30 minutes. When I am awake, I start <strong>exercising </strong>for different parts of the body, and after an hour or two (depending on how tired I am), I finish my training and take a shower. During the day, I try to spend time with my <strong>family</strong>, <strong>clean</strong> the house, and also find a moment to improve my <strong>English </strong>(currently I'm watching The Vampire Diaries in English and I'm learning vocabulary). Between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. I <strong>workout </strong>again or <strong>dance </strong>(I go to classes), at 9:00 p.m. I <strong>read a book</strong> (I love reading!)- instead of using a phone (I have some problems with this distractor but I don't give up), and between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., I practice <strong>yoga and stretch,</strong> because I want to do <strong>splits.</strong> I have a lot of goals, but last time I listen to motivational speeches and I try to <strong>live each day as if it were my last,</strong> reshape myself, and <strong>believe in myself. </strong>Remember that being energy-rich and pursuit of happiness play a major role in our life.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I tried to go out into the fresh air in my free time. Although there wasn't much of it because, I had to look after my younger brother. I was making us healthy food. When my brother went to training I was active ( I trained and stretched 30 minutes every day ), also clean a lot at home. I take care of my face/body using creams and masks. I tried to drink as much water as my body needs every day, i.e. about 2 liters. The thing I did every day was going out with my dog (called Omega) for a very long walks. I have an easier task because I currently live in the countryside and there are not many people here. I hardly met anyone during the walk. Of course I have a hobby thanks to which I was not bored at home! <br>English is one of them, so I did a lot of tests and attended extra-curricular activities online.           If I had the opportunity, I would draw drawings and paint some pictures. I have also played instruments, I including guitar and piano. I polished old pices but also learned new ones. If I am in the subjects of instruments, it enters into music that I listen to a lot, I can relax and rest with it. I played board games with my brother and on his console. During the winter holidays, I also kept in touch with my granparents from my mother's and father's side, with whom I was at the lake and played board games (It was a really tough fight haha).<br><br>I hope you are all healthy and of course you live your life to the full, even in these difficult times. I dance hip-hop so I trained before, but now I started to stretch, do cardio or any other excersises. My form is getting better and better. I also started to eat healthy.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi, my name is Kamil and I want to tell you about my positive routine for 2021.My routine for 2021 is daily exercise and a healthy diet. I really liked this way of life, it aims to strengthen the figure and improve the body's efficiency. Every day I get up around 6 am, get dressed and run in the woods. After 30 minutes of running, I go home for breakfast. I really like eating porridge with banana and oatmeal in the morning. After breakfast, I like to listen to music. Around 11 am I start packing for training, at 12:30 I have a train that takes me to the city where I train basketball. Training takes about two and a half hours. Around 2:30 pm I come home and eat a full lunch. I like to eat chicken with rice the most because it has a lot of protein. After a heavy lunch it is good to sit down and rest, I use this time to show off with friends or for a walk with my dog. At 5 p.m. I start the last phase of exercises: push-ups and crunches. Around 6:30 p.m. I finish exercising, drink a protein shake and eat dinner. At 8 pm I wash myself and around 9:30 pm I go to bed. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We have been locked in our homes for nearly a year now, with a short break during summer months. Definitely life changed a lot and our standard activities have vanished. However, knowing the power of positive thinking, I decided not to worry a lot and accept the new reality. I want 2021 to be a good year and I will start every day reminding myself all the things I am grateful for – being healthy, young, having good friends and big family, we are not living in the poverty, we can afford food and clothes, we are moving to the new house soon. I think we need to see the light even in the darkest times, so my good practice during lockdown will be to look for positives everywhere. Also, I will develop my photography skills and use my Nikon camera often, will continue with creating funny videos for my friends and definitely going outside more often when the spring comes. Good practice while sitting at home is to design my future room in the new house and looking for inspirations online, this will help me think positive and look forward the better future</div>]]></description>

This was hard to change everything in one day, but I traied to do some kind of workout in my house. Beginning of the online lessons was difficult. Sometimes I don't understand a lot of things, but practice makes perfect! Also meetings with friends were limited. One day I saw them face, outfits or behaviors, but suddenly I only saw them photo and names on my laptop. This was time when me and my Family learned to live together and help each other. Every walks with dogs was pleasure. One the one hand this was difficult time, but one the other hand i learned a lot of things what make me smarter before Quarantine.   </div>]]></description>
