Congrats on taking the first steps in an exciting process. When I started my doctoral program, I didn't know what to expect, and I'm sure many of you might be feeling that way. Doctoral rockstars! As you prepare for your upcoming immersion experience on campus, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how proud I am of each of you. Although I’m unable to attend in person, I’ll be cheering you on from afar. This event is a powerful opportunity to build meaningful connections with faculty and peers and reflect on the incredible journey you’re on as scholars and leaders. I hope you take full advantage of the time together, ask questions, share your experiences, and soak it all in. I’m looking forward to hearing all about it. Wishing you a rewarding and inspiring experience! Remember... you are not here by chance. You deserve to be in this program.
