How do you think we could improve in this centre?]]> 2018-05-14 13:13:31 UTC https://padlet.com/kevinharty/ptzar2b0lyvn/wish/260449263 I feel the Splash class at the weekends are a bit chaotic, I think the class is too big, (20 children) also having the two classes back to back with no changeover time is very messy, I feel the classes would be better run along side the academy in the competition pool like it is during the week. Here's my reasoning for this..... 1. The pool is too busy, with the adult and child class being run at the same time as the splash class which has 12adults & 12 children in it. 2. At the weekends most people are off work so with every 1 child in the splash class we have had a parent, other siblings, grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends all standing at the edge of the wave pool, watching their little child swim. 3. It's easier to coax a nervous child into the water in the competition pool, rather then the wave pool, without all that distraction (parents) so close by. 4. But not increasing the space to accommodate the higher number causes problems especially when you have mixed abilities in the water. This causes problems as swimmers constantly catch up on others and it’s frustrating. This will cause a drop in participants. Please can we look at where and if space can be allocated.
