They also had around 12 million people who spoke 20 different languages at its prime. They were also one of the best organized civilizations ever because of their very efficient roads that allowed them to move an army and send news and messages quickly and efficiently.

They had many skilled crafts workers call stonemasons. They would make well-built roads that efficiently connected the country and made it much easier to mover around the  Inca settlement. Their buildings are so well made that they did not need cement since the stone blocks in the walls were perfectly shaped and fit eachother.

One of the techniques that Inca´s would use on their food is freeze-dry their food (mostly potatoes) so it would last much longer. The food they ate would mostly be corn, which they would turn into a certain kind of porridge called capia by the Inca. They also ate other fruits like potatoes, beans, squash, and some grains called quinoa.
