News:
Theodore Roosevelt made it very clear that he had an interest in politics so most likely he would have the news app constantly u checking for updates and any important news that happens.

GoodGuide:
President Theodore Roosevelt was one of the first presidents to care for the environment so I believe he would have GoodGuide on his phone which is an app that helps you keep track of the products you are using and how they effect the environment.

Google Docs/Drive:
Know the president has to speak to the public a lot and give speeches, I believe he would have hundreds of documents for him to write his speeches and make sure they are good enough to present in front of the entire nation. Including the speech he was giving when he was shot in the chest by John Nepomuk Schrank.
