B. Mychal Kendricks is being suspended for 8 regular season games because  he pleaded guilty to insider trading and was released by the Cleveland Browns last year.
C. Mychal Kendricks was caught by the feds for insider trading which is the trading of a public company's stock or other securities last year for a team he played for the Cleveland Browns.

c) Johnson won the case with punitive damages, but the judge Bolanos offered to not request a retrial in exchange for Johnson accepting the reduction of punitive damages.
