People would not have to worry about getting shot if they want to got to a concert, store, or bank. Fights happen at concerts and anybody could have a gun. Someone could have the mindset to just start shooting without motive. Robberies happen at stores, banks, etc. People are held at gunpoint during these events so easily today.

I- This image comes together by how they are both in the gun store and the seller claims to not want to sell the buyer a gun beacuse of the way he is. The buyer is dressed lazy, is making a gun with his fingers, and his hair is all spiked up. 
C- This image proves that we shouldn't be selling guns so easily to people wit mental illnesses. They are capable doing anything with a gun and those outcomes have never been good. 

Everyone feeling like they need to own a gun is unjustifiable, and only makes the world an even more dangerous place. There have been too many innocent people’s lives taken away recently due to gun violence, which is more than a good enough reason as to why the 2nd amendment needs to be abolished. 

Mass shootings and acts of terrorism are way too common today. Data shows that eight times as many people are killed by guns used in crimes than by people who shoot someone in self-defense. Guns are used very few times to stop a crime and ten times more to commit one. Many people lose their lives by terrorists and not mentally stable people getting access to these guns. The number of victims due to gun violence is constantly increasing. 

Parents are concerned for their children’s safety at school. School shootings are so common now that some schools are even requiring schools to practice a safety drill just in case. School is suppose to be a safe place where children can go to learn. Yet, schools are barely or have not yet installed any security to prevent them. An even bigger issue is that not all schools have the funds to install anything. The U.S. is already in almost 20 trillion dollars of debt, and so funding is very problematic. 

Many shootings are by people who aren’t licensed to the murder weapon. It is very easy to get ahold of a gun, licensed or not. It is not safe for anyone to have a gun if they aren’t going to have it put away safely from others when not needed. Those who have undergone the training to own a gun, should know that it is not safe to use if you aren’t knowledged on how to properly use it. Many underage people, such as children and teenagers have gotten ahold of guns. It’s insane that it doesn’t alarm anyone as much that irresponsible children are roaming among us freely with such a murderous weapon. 

Although, many people do argue that guns make them safe. They don’t necessarily believe guns are the problem, but the person behind it is. Their opinion is not valid because if guns weren’t allowed in the first place, then people wouldn’t worry about them as much. Getting rid of the right to own a firearm would be just one less problem to worry about, because many citizens have used them irresponsibly. They’ve ike in drive bys, robberies, and shooting people just in general, so why do we as a nation still reserve the right?

Yes, it is possible that someone can hide one if the amendment is abolished, but after the abolishment congress should make a bill to where they will face a huge penalty for just simply having one. This would work because it would be clear to everyone that its not even worth sacrificing everything for just a weapon. To ensure everyone's safety, there should be more security in public places and near residents. That’s why we have a police for. 

It is time to take the right of citizens to own a firearm away. The second amendment must be abolished.
