Based on what people believed in, they were segragated and killed. I know the intentions of the Holocaust, it was to rid the world of Nazi’s forever. During the Holocaust, everyone was under the rule of the Germany leader Adolf Hitler. I personally believe that this was terrible, it wasn’t needed. Just because people are different, it doesn’t mean that they should be treated different.

After WWI the axis powers joined together in Versailles France to discuss a treaty. They came to a conclusion that Germany itself was responsible of WWI and that created a Great Depression in Germany. Many people lost jobs and couldn’t make money, and since the Jews were the ones who were mostly running the banks people started to use them as a scapegoat for their problems. And of course one if them was Hitler. When he came to power he promised Germany that he would have solutions to their problems, he told them that if Jews were wiped out then the world would be a better place to live in. He was very wrong, he was also biased against non whites, LGBTQ+, and gypsies. He would gather all these people and send them off to concentration camps where they would be starved, beaten, tortured, and killed.
