55 Cancrie E is an exoplanet which is 40 light years away from our Solar System. It is 2 times larger than Earth.This planet orbits a pulsar which is 3000 times smaller than the planet . The planet is made up of diamond. The density of Planet is so much that it make carbon into diamond . But this planet was not always a planet , billions of years ago diamond planet was a star like our Sun . It had a very big binary star . The big star died earlier and left a pulsar . The other star was enough  big to survive the blast but after billions of years ago its fuel also finished and left a white dwarf. The pulsar tooked all the gas from white dwarf until it reached the carbon layer produced during last cycle of the star . The remainy carbon got compressed by the star's gravity and become into a compacted diamond.
