whatapp chat - for now: reminders but not all info there, at the event - for important messages to get out quick. slack - formal communication, important info,. more than on channel of communication can complicate things? Conclusion: keep whatsapp group for later.
Be proactive, mindful of other teammembers, take ownership of tasks you join: it is up to the task-group to have meetings and decide what to do, check-ins with Nina periodically and when needed.
Takee minutes of online meetings for others to be able to check, and feel free to write your ideas in the silent discussion document in the support team folder.
Online support team meeting whole team: first week of July.

reminders for meetings, agreeing in advance with everyone when to meet, shorter times for filling out doodles, respect each other, don't ghost the team for long periods of time.
