         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. When the inspiration occurs, our external intercostal muscles contract and the internal intercostals muscles relax.&nbsp;<br>2. The diaphragm contracts and flattens.&nbsp;<br>3. These actions increase the volume inside the thorax, and the pressure decrease.&nbsp;<br>4. The air have larger pressure than the pressure inside the thorax, so the air will go in to the lungs.&nbsp;<br>5. This make the inspiration occurs and breathe in the oxygen.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

The diaphragm relax and the ribs lower downwards and inwards. <br>3. This decrease the volume and the pressure increase inside the thorax.&nbsp;<br>4. The air will go out of the lungs.&nbsp;<br>5. This make the expiration occurs and breathe out the oxygen.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
