In my opinion the parque de las aguas is a good place for two reasons, on the one hand it is a spacious, interesting and magical place, you can appreciate the lights and the water play. On the other hand the tranquility of the place, where you can eat and talk appreciating the magic of the place. For these two reasons, Parque de las Aguas is a good place for a first date.
