         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would have flushed the IV line after placing it to verify patency.&nbsp;<br>Next time, I will remember to administer the oral proteins and carbohydrates as ordered. I assumed that because the patient's blood glucose levels were normal from the medication that we may not need to give the patient food, but I realized later it would have been better to give the patient food to prevent him from experiencing hypoglycemia again.</div>]]></description>
