Before I became a cashier in nirwana, I had to learn how to master a cashier counter wisely before I became cashier. Today i had learn a lot packing skills with others cashier in nirwana. The whole day they teach me how to separate products into different categories. Such as vegetables cannot placed in a same plastic with batteries or sundry, biscuits cannot with electronic things and more. This is important because its can help customers can separate easily at home.

Besides, we still leaning how to pack customer products by separate into same categories. After we finished pack customer products, we have to paste a tape of nirwana on plastic. Moreover, they also teach me how to figure out master and visa card when customer purchase by credit. They also remind us to be more careful of the amount we key in in credit card machine when customer paid by credit. This is because when the amount we key in is not same with the amount purchase by customer, cashier will paid the different amount that left. There are many important button on the keyboard and I spend two days to learnt all of it. They teach me usefulness of each button on the keyboard and they lead me step by step for confirm that I have known all of the utility on keyboard. They have many selection such as vegetables, meat, fruit, biscuits and more code on keyboard.

They start to let me handle cashier myself by scanning and packing products without helping from others. First i felt panic when I facing customer enter my counter continuously. But after 10 and more customers enter my counter, I didn't felt panic anymore but I felt more comfortable while in my working position. 
Tomorrow is the first day of check store section that managers mentioned in meeting before. All of stuff had to stay back after 10p.m. until we finished counting all the stores in nirwana. This is the first time I participate in this check store section that held in every year.

Today, our supervisor told us had to greet 'welcome' to each of the customers that enter our counter in morning meeting. Therefore, I greeting each customers with a big smile and get many feed back by customers. They start praise and have a good image towards nirwana. 
Tonight is check store section and I had send to softline department for helping them counting store when I enter for work. My check store section is man clothes, man pants, socks and towels. One softline stuff had lead me by she counting the stores on shelf and I will record down of the quantity of stores. We shows cooperate with each others and do our jobs as fast as possible. We had to finish before 12 p.m because nirwana will open on 12 noon. I done calculate stores on shelf and recorded by myself while my partner is having breakfast that provided by company. I had done the all section of socks and move to towel sections. In the half way, my partner is back and we speed up our steps and done as fast as possible. Finally we done all section before 12 p.m. and I leave to attends cashier meeting at in front of cashier department.
I get my ID today after having training and practice for the past five days. Because today is the last day of working in company, so I spend more hours in counter and spends my lunch time with them. I also go help them who needs my help while any problems occur.
