Whenever something happens (for example there are often car accidents in the area that I live in) and the police either always take a long time to show up, don't really take the situation seriously, or the Detroit Police don't even come and the Dearborn Police come instead. The Dearborn Police are out of district but they come because the Detroit Police won't. This affects my environment because they is often trash, pollution, and litter in our neighborhood. There are a lot of children in my neighborhood and the environment isn't the best of them to grow up in.
