I believe that I am guilty, sometimes, of evaluating information from someone talking to me, and concluding what they are saying before they have even finished what they are saying. So to improve my listening skills, I will ensure that I have listened, understood and interpreted all the information relayed over to me before evaluating and responding. Hopefully, this will ensure that my response and the conversation can be the best it can be.
