         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Keep going with breakout rooms to mix it up during free choice so virtual kids can interact with students that are in the classroom.<br>- Possibly try out ways to do mixed grade level (K &amp; 1) virtual groups and/or continuing to find ways to stream that works in a K setting<br>- I can also try to find a way to meet with some of the in-person kids that never see me as a virtual teacher anymore, just like the K teachers meet with the virtual kids weekly.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The connection between the teacher/peers and hybrid students seems strained at times. While streaming is the best option for some students, it is very limiting in building and maintaining relationships. Goal  to reach out to streaming students 1:1 regularly to keep these relationships strong. Maybe incorporate small groups to help foster deeper connections. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. As the numbers continue to decrease, to be mindful about streaming activities. How can a smaller number of students be involved while streaming. Would it be best to stream in on the white board or continue to have each student log in on their computers? This may be helpful to try depending on the lesson and student(s) who are virtual.&nbsp;<br>2. Continue to build research surrounding streaming kids into the classroom. I found a couple of articles suggesting mailing home supplies, using multiple devices and stream in and to have students come join in outdoor sessions.&nbsp;<br>3. Follow up conversations with families about the experience they are having with virtual. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We discussed:<br>1. Everyone did a great job and worked hard to maintain the relationships and experiences of the virtual students through the year.&nbsp;<br>2. Hard to have a next step when almost all students are in person. The small group that remains virtual will begin coming on campus for outdoor days, which feels like a natural next step.&nbsp;<br>3. From now until the end of the year we can maintain open communication for the virtual students as we make some transitions to campus for outdoor days. </div>]]></description>
