Jesús Bolaños
The glaciers begin forming in places where more snow piles up year than melts. Later after falling the snow begins to compress or denser and tightly packed. It slowly changes from light, fluffy crystals to hard, round ice pellets. New snow falls and buries this granular snow. The glaciers are located in the Antartida and Greeland. A glacier is a large mass of ice that forms on the top of the mountain and thiese mass of ice slowly descends the slope in the sahpe of the tongue.
