1- The importance of connections and how connections across platforms can add value to a user’s journey: Participants will reflect on the value of meaningful connections across adaptation platforms by exploring examples productive collaborations. 

2- Essential elements and attributes of positive connections: Participants will strategize on how connections have been, and/or could be implemented to facilitate users’ adaptation journeys.

Climate adaptation platform providers in Canada and abroad, climate adaptation action enablers, climate communication and education professionals, individuals with interest and experience working with climate vulnerable communities.

2- Platform Diversification – Moving out of the Echo Chamber and into the Mainstream: Participants will explore how Platforms (with both digital and in-person components) can play a role in deeper mainstreaming: expanding involvement outside of traditional and existing partners, to include non-traditional actors.

Climate adaptation platform providers in Canada and abroad, individuals/organizations who seek out adaptation information/ platforms as part of their work cycle, early-stage platform providers seeking to grow their platform.

1- The importance of considering and honoring users’ stated needs to support knowledge to action in adaptation: Participants will reflect on elements of user needs considerations in platform offerings and barriers and opportunities to address these needs. 

2- The approaches to integrating user needs into platform offerings: Participants will interactively explore how users needs are prioritized and integrated in offerings. They will also exchange on challenges and best practices.
