Met up with Ps and VPs separately and also together in order to have enough time for us. Good that she didn’t come in just to implement things in an authoritarian way.

A good approach of doing norming for us to calibrate our internal school ranking rather than doing ‘hard-ranking’ of KPs at cluster level.

I’m grateful for the W2 VPA group - the collaboration and cooperation in managing the cluster finance audits and ESVs, sharing of info and good practices.

I’m thankful for the friendships forged especially with fellow SLs whom I have connections with - Ramesh, many thanks for the rides to/fro CBM, Cheng for being such a fantastic P advisor to our SWB Comm and Chwee Eng for your friendship and care.

I like the carefree and collegial spirit among the SLs. Thank you!
