This is to let the country recover unlike the countries in Africa right now. This gives us the ability to fully pay our loans without putting our country into poverty, killing more people. Once this is over we will go on to pay our loans over the next 75 years. Next, we would like to take steps to lower our spending in military - not only in our country, but in all countries around the world, preventing wars like this from ever taking place in the future.
