         <description><![CDATA[<div>Poutine is a fattening dish invented in Quebec, but now it's popular all over Canada. To make it, you start with fresh, hot chips (called French fries in North America).  Then you place cheese curds on top of the chips (second-rate places will use shredded mozzarella, but that's not authentic).  Lastly, pour hot gravy on top and it will melt the curds.  You can use beef gravy, chicken gravy, vegetarian gravy, whatever you prefer.  Since the chips, the cheese, and the gravy are all greasy, the dish can be a bit oily, but when done right, it's delicious!</div>]]></description>

Because of we have a wood oven and also cause its made very slowly.
