         <description><![CDATA[<div>The most valuable and effective feedback:<br><br>1. Math exit tickets and reflection using levels of understanding on a scale of 1-4. Students solve an equation from the lesson and rate their understanding based on our I Can statement. I sort the index cards or look at the exit tickets by correct and incorrect procedure then use this to inform my small group.<br><br>2. IXL Recommended Skills- I look at the groupings and pull students based on ELA or Math skills.<br><br>3. DRA &amp; Progress Monitor- can track student growth with reading skills. Based on this information, I can look at IXL recommended skills to further support student.<br><br>4. Link It- I like the sample worksheets and benchmark tests to support IXL Recommended Skills. I use the test over the course of 2 days. It can be time consuming for individual students to finish, especially if they are absent/reach a certain level of frustration.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The most effective and valuable data collection method I like to use is Link it and informal student conferencing. The informal student conferencing time allows me to get a better understanding of where the students strengths and weaknesses lie without the pressure of a formalized test. I also believe that Link it gives accurate data in the form of what skills each student is lacking in to better target those skills during instruction. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I find F&amp;P benchmark books valuable to my work with students because it is a paper based assessment that can be started at a level appropriate for students regardless of their age and grade and gives a comprehensive view of many different areas of reading so I can unpack where they might be struggling most: decoding, fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, writing etc<br><br>I also find IXL to be helpful in looking at the growth students have made and looking at what areas they may still be struggling with or need further intervention/reinforcement of concepts</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like IXL with the older students because it is a great way to review and then have something easy to assign for homework.<br>I also like how it gives feedback on levels for Math and Language Arts that can then be shared with families.<br>The older students also seem to be incentivized by moving up levels.</div>]]></description>
