         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the point being made is that students disengage and don't learn as much when feedback doesn't come in a timely manner. <br><br>I agree that feedback must be as specific as possible so that students know how exactly they can improve their performance. <br><br>The challenge I see myself facing is finding the time to make sure feedback is timely. In ELA in particular it can be very time consuming to analyze writing and give detailed feedback AND do it quickly. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I think the point being made is that teachers need to find a way to give students quick and effective feedback. <br><br>I agree with this notion that "students who got high scores didn't need to read the comments and students who got low scores didn't want to."<br><br>The challenge I see myself facing is that it's <em>sometimes</em> unrealistic to borrow from the principles of a video game and the instant gratification, but I do agree with the fact that quick, real time, formative assessments can be used. </div>]]></description>
