         <description><![CDATA[<div>The distinction between "expected" behavior and "above and beyond" behavior is so teacher-specific, that I'm finding it difficult to consistently give bucks for positive behavior to all students. I end up giving the same type of points over and over again (self-starter, on task, HW completion) rather than being able to individually interact because students aren't going above and beyond my expectations for middle school students. </div>]]></description>

         <title>I have mentioned before that it seems as if the non-standout, but still good, kids are being penalized for not achieving perfection - $20 bucks.  I would still prefer a gradual increase in desired points, and I do not believe students who have not lost points should have to miss reward time.</title>
