Ingredients:

 

For the realization of the dough
 

    500 grams of flour 

     2 eggs 

     200 mililiters of wáter

     20 grams of butter 

     6 grams  of baking powder

     10 grams of salt  

For the realization of the filing 

     500 grams of chickpea 

     250 grams of meat 

     2 sliced red bell peppers 

     5 minced garlic cloves 

     2 long onions stems 

     1 pinch of cumin 

     100 grams of cilantro 

     Oil 

     Salt and pepper 

Preparation 

The first thing to do is cook the meat and chickpeas with salt and onion in the pressure cooker followed this in a bowl add the flour, eggs, water, baking powder and the salt. once this is done a incorporate everything until we create a manageable and easy to stretch dough.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes 

Once the chickpeas and meat are cooked; meat should be shredder and grind the chickpeas to create a dough.

In a pan add a little oil  , the peppers , garlics , onions and cilantro previously cut  and let it suffer.

When the stew is ready , add the meat and chickpeas and  finally we add salt , pepper and cumin.

Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 20 minutes to cool down a bit. Once this is done and it is cold ; we make small balls of dough and fill with this.

Another layer of dough is placed until the shape of a flying saucer Is former and cut with a cookie cutter.

They are put to fry in a frying pan with hot oil , when they are ready ,they are removed and server.

They can be accompanied with a traditional chili.

Aprendí sobre vocabulario y listen; además de aprender sobre los adverbios de frecuencia en la rutina diaria, sobre elementos contables y no contables y el aprendizaje por medio de oraciones del presente simple, pasado progresivo y pasado simple.

Además de aprender sobre el manejo de plataformas online para la exposición del tema trabajado.

 

• ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?

Siento que es de gran importancia para mejorar mi nivel de inglés tanto como para la vida profesional como en el ámbito académico; así que es vital el aprendizaje de cada uno de los temas trabajados en cada ítem propuesto.

 

 • ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

Este aprendizaje aporta mucho tanto a mi vida personal y profesional debido a que abre muchas oportunidades laborales. Me ayuda a comunicarme con personas de cualquier parte del mundo y  ayudar como futura profesional .
