- Saves money 
(Pay for certain things so it does not come out of your own pocket)
-  Advantages of pension will be that it increases motivation (by setting goals) as you will have to pay for your own pension by saving up.
- Receiving a bonus payment will not only show the employee he was appreciated for his hard work, so this will also motivate him to continue to work hard for further rewards.
- advantages of overtime would be, a more flexible work force, increases earning of employees...

Advantages of pension: 
-->The advantages of a pension plan is it protects you from investement risk for example if your employer goes bankrupt your pension is still safe and won't be lost.

Disadvantage of pension: 
--> The disadvantage of pension is that for many people they can't be accessed until you retire and certaintly not before you reach the age 55.

Well the advantages are you can pay your own way, you meet new people, increased self worth, also boosting confidence levels because you're achieving something making you feel good, you learn new things and aren't dependent on others to name a few, making you more independent on a whole. 

Disadvatages -  

creates less free time for you,
early mornings, mixes you with annoying people you wouldnt choose to mix with if you had the choice pushing your patience to the limit etc.
