You will be missed, dear friend, but I'm so excited for you and your family. I only wish I could send Eleanor to the Erin K world school! I cherish so many memories from our time together supporting the platform, surviving Covid with the help of At Home, and standing in awe of your courageous decision to learn more about data science. You're more than a colleague - you're a friend. Wishing you nothing but success and happiness as you dive into your next adventure!

I am so grateful that our AltSchool paths crossed. I have learned from much from you and have so enjoyed working alongside your these past few years. Thank you for always being the calm to my nerves and the spreadsheet to my big plans. I appreciate so many things about you.

I've been waiting to write because there is just too much to say. However, I know this board is a lovely document to showcase the impact you and your work have had on the org so I'm going to push myself to synthesize! I'll start by saying I remember when I began working with you from a science teacher capacity and I was so drawn to your compassion and focus. You clearly cared for your kiddos and saw yourself as an advocate for them but you also were able to focus on improving the platform and collaborating with science educators across the network to better your own practice. I know that's not an easy balance and it was why I was certain you'd be a stellar PSL. Then I got to work with you from an operational support end and every interaction was purely constructive and problem solving. It's a rare and precious work relationship to have someone so ready to dig in and find the answers. Since then, it's been a wild journey and I've always found solace in your smile and forward orientation. I know this next family adventure will be one for the books and I can't wait to live vicariously through you! Best, Jo

Erin, you've been my bus buddy, ferry buddy, office buddy, and VTO buddy and I am sure going to miss all of these. So glad I still have you as my Marin mama buddy. Enjoy this special time with your family. In all the capacities that I've known you, you have always delivered impressive results and always with a smile, grace and confidence and I'm sure this will continue with homeschooling while traveling and in all your future endeavors.
