I was the first king to translate the Holy Bible to English into English and we called it the King James Bible.

I founded Jamestown in Virginia the first permanent English settlement in the Americas.

Charles 1 (1625-1649)

I am Charles l, I've been bestowed the divine right of kingship.

I have feuded with the scoundrels in parliament over taxation, religion and governance, I even tried to dissolve the governed body without their permission.

This conflict escalated into the English Civil of 1642. My forces were called the Royalist or the Cavaliers. I was later executed by my opponents the Roundheads.

Oliver Cromwell (1649-1658)

I am Oliver Cromwell, and due to my successes as a military leader during the English Civil was I was crowned as Lord protector. I abolished the monarchy and established the commonwealth, a government ruled by the people.

I led the great conquest of Ireland and Scotland, I attempted to name England the dominant power of Europa.

I envisioned a puritanical society to purify the practice and structure of the church.

Charles ll (1658-1685)

I am Charles ll, during Cromwell's rule I was exiled in France by Cromwell as I posed a threat to his throne.

Once Cromwell died I returned to England to restore the Monarchy, this period was called the restoration.

During my rule the horrible Great Fire of London happened in 1666 destroying the majority of the city.

During my rule I sought to heal the wounds left by the Civil war.
