         <description><![CDATA[<div>today learning skills and methods are concentrating on the student centered, in which the student involved in the class and discussions. Developing in this theory have been created by applying variety of teaching methods in the education process, such as hologram, facial recognition in which the student attention can be recognized, thus the student feeling, and even way of thinking might be evaluated. also, Duolingo or virtual reality has been suggested and tried for improving teaching methods and gaining student attention.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Additionally, the new century skills of the<br>teaching focused on the what is called learning skills for learning process,<br>such as directing the students to have a Critical Thinking for finding the<br>solution to the problems they may face by them self, and leading them to think<br>in different ways to have a creative mind, to be able to have productive<br>personality. one of the other methods for improving the teaching methods is<br>through group working in which the student will be able to collaborate and<br>communicate with each other’s so they will be able to accept others opening. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;There are different learning methods in the<br>innovation pedagogy, basic one that have been used form the beginning is<br>lecturing others are seminar, workshop, writing assignment, laboratory or field<br>working, and project.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;one of the further ways for involving students in<br>the discussion is through applying fish-bowel learning, by which the students<br>can have group of circles and involve in the conversation by competing each<br>other.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>There is also authentic learning which is applying knowledge in real life, because what student can inspect by their self will teach them and remain in their brain better than what will be just explain by the teacher.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>There are methods of gamification and gaming-based learning by teaching students with certain gaming that can be done in the class rooms as it has been known that what we do and enjoy it is application can be learned and remembered more. also, teacher can use flipped learning or problem-based learning for improving the learner outcomes and getting their attention.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br>&nbsp;one of the main and important methods for<br>inspiring students and involving them in the class too make the student center<br>approach is loving what you are doing and caring about the student ability to<br>participate, their wishes to become and the way they want learn or apply what<br>the taught to the real life.<br><br></div><div>It is the teacher responsibility to find the proper method and applied it according to the learner ability, their ages and the level of their educations in the learning process, as it could difficult to apply some teaching methods in the nursing or primary school for example such as debating that is involved more in the academic teaching, additionally it could be not effective to use flash card as method for teaching postgraduate students.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Thus the learning process and selecting the proper methods for teaching it depend on the learner level of education and learning environment.&nbsp;<br><br>Learning environments;</div><div>The locations and the culture in which the teaching process is taking place, has great impact on that process and on the student reflection to word it. educator responsibility is to create an innovative Learning Environments ILE, in which learners can have the chance to learn better. Thus, that environments should Encourages active learning, build bridges between theory and practice, establishes learning communities and Empowers students’ and connects them to their education.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;Even though the learning environment is not just restricted to only one choice, there could be variety of the surroundings for students to find the way they want to teach, such as physical locations or learning through networking. Additionally, learners can have their own personal learning environments such as by using technologies, social medias, online videos and searching, or communications tools.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The choice of the learning environments depends on the student’s preference, the subject and the ability of the teachers to create the conditions that best suit to that situation, thus for creating effective learning frame the teacher must have strong bonds with the students through friendly warm atmosphere, student must participate in the classroom, by asking questions, searching for the answers, having adequate time to express their ideas. The teacher can use some classroom games, or use technologies, give the learner the choice to relate the classroom to their own life example, educators should fine the interest of the students toward the subjects and attract them to involve in the classroom by giving them rewords such as grads.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Moreover, the environment prepared for the students should have all the facilities and make the student feel comfortable, such as libraries, cafeterias for collecting their needs, resting room, adequate space for the student inside the class room with comfortable chairs, good access for the computers and networking, and extra... so that the students can easily involve in the learning process.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>assessment methods </div><div>Any learning process cannot be completed without the assessment. So, what is assessment? Assessments; refers to the wide variety of methods or tools that educators use to evaluate, measure, and document the academic readiness, learning progress, skill acquisition, or educational needs of students.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The assessment should be planned at the beginning of the learning process and evaluate at the end of that process the achievements have been done. Thus, in the planning of the learning process the educator should plan a section of evaluation and ask why there should be assessment? what should be assessed? And how they should be assessed?&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Regarding the answers of these questions; the assessment will guide the learning process according to the evidence has been collected from previous years of learning, and identify the level of understanding so that the final degree of knowledge given based on that&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;perception. Additionally, the knowledge the ability and the attitude of the involved student should be assessed, so that the level of the student can be evaluate and their impact to ward the learning can be determine also their relation with the educator can be improve.<br><br></div><div>Furthermore, there should be a timing for assessment, as it cannot be predictable to assess at any level, for example there should be summative and formative assessment that done by the teacher at the end of the course or throughout the course. Also, there can be self or peer assessment between student themselves at ant time &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>With development in the learning process and further involving student in the education the assessment has changed as well, to support more the learning process instead of management and control. In the new methods of learning assessment has been used as guidance teaching rather than separate practice. Additionally, with the idea about making the assessment a process not just an evaluation at the end of the course also variety of methods and tool has been added to the that process such as, self-assessment, peer assessment, and assessment and feedback from network, this explain that in the student center learning process student has been involved in the assessment process and real-life situation has been determined in that process. The student reflection to the assessment are important elements that should be consider, such as; the reason they got that mark according to their competency, and comparing it to the objective of the learning.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>There are different types of assessment each has different purpose, including&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Diagnostic assessment; in the diagnosis assessment the learner strength, weakness, knowledge, skill can be diagnosed.<br><br></div><div>Formative assessment; in this type of assessment there is instruction and monitoring the student about their reaction to this instruction.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Summative and confirmative assessment; in the summative is finding the outcome of the teaching course, while confirmative assessment determines how the instruction where success. And more methods such as Norm-Referenced Assessment, Criterion-Referenced Assessment, Ipsative Assessment, and Interim/Benchmark Assessment, which is a periodic evaluation of the learners.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>As mentioned previously, variety of strategies, techniques and instruments used for assessment that are called assessment tools or methods. These different methods have been applied to the assessment process because of the dissimilarity in the learner abilities, additionally only one method could not be adequate for evaluating all the students equally, also some students’ outcome may not be evaluated by only one method, thus combination of methods should be used. Besides, there are also direct and indirect methods of assessments<br><br></div><div><br></div><div>To sum up, learning procedure has been directed toward the student center approach for the benefit of improving the learning and the out come for the education, with the shift to the student center approach also the environment should be prepared in such a way that related to that center, and the assessment of the students must be related to it, so that best methods and guidelines used that is suitable for the student and improving the education sector. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
