At the time of writing this song I was overall happy with the lyrics. However. reflecting on it now I used a lot of cliches and the melody didn't vary much. It was quite repetitive and I feel I could have done more.

To further develop the song I changed the melody to make it more varied. I spent more time working on my vocal techniques.

I changed the lyrics in the song to something more meaningful to me. in my interview with Frankie LG she said authenticity is the key to writing good songs.

This is a video of me singing from 2 years ago. In the video you can hear my lack of vocal control, it sounds wobbly and like I’m straining my voice. Lyrically it is simple and slightly boring. The melody in the chorus picks up however throughout the song it’s quite monotone and gets repetitive.
