I rate this book 5/5 because kids need get to be told this.Peopel neeed to know what had happened.

Irene Couchie is the main character that goes to this school.

Irene lives with a loving family.But when she gets taken to this school it’s very sad.imagin being taken from you family to this horrible place where you get burnt for speaking you oun language.And cutting her hair with out permission.The nuns get great food and the kids get feed disgusting food.when it turns to summer she’s allowed to go home!but only for the summer.when she gets home she shows the burns on her hand from the nun.near the end of the summer the father decided to hid Irene and her brothers in his shop. She and her brothers allmost get caught but It went successful and now Irene is home safe with her brothers and her mom and dad!

My favorite part is the part where they almost get caught but didn’t!it so intense and excited that they didn’t get caught! I like how the guy just walked away and they all hug! If you haven’t read this book I think you’d love it!A lot of people didn’t now that this was happening so sharing this book could teach you and other people that didn’t know about this,something.I how if you didn’t read this book yet you really should.

This is about a girl that loses her hearing.
   
The main character is Cece and She loses her hearing when she is about 3.When her parents noticed that they took her to a doctor.the doctors help.she can hear just not understand what people are saying.she gets anoyed about how people turn up the volume thinking that would help.She also hates getting sighed at.

This book is about a girl and her family and her friend and her family helps her friends and her friends family.Her Friend is a Jew so they help.They let her live in there house for awhile.im not going to say the rest because I might spoil the book for you.

Front Desk is an amazing book with a bunch of surprises!

Mia the main character always wanted to live the live of a normal kid with her parents but lived in an motel instead. So she makes the motel home. She makes friends with the weeklys and go through a lot.for example mr yow. He is not vary nice and doesn’t treat people nicely.Then wants to have her own motel to get out of this mess. She try getting money to get in a esasay contest to win a motel and makes money to own an hotel. The book is amazing and you should go read it for yourself to see what happens next! I don’t want to tell you all of it because I want you to read it!

I wold give this a 4/5. The main character is Dosothea and when she was 7 she had gotten polio.
                                                                                                                                        
She wanted to become a photographer, but her family thinks it’s not lady like.

But she didn’t give up being a photographer! She dose not care what other people think! 18 year old Dosothea starts helps make appointments and mount photos at the photographer studios! One of the photographers gives her a old camera. Then that’s when the story begins. She found a job where you can be a photographer. She takes a lot of photos. She love taking photos of people, and soon enough she was a famous photographer.

My favorite part was when she still becomes a photographer even though her family disagrees. I fell like she stood up to her family. I would give this a 5/5 because when I was on a different resource, I could not understand anything and when I went to this book I was writing in my journal every page of the book. It helped me a lot with my research. If you are trying to find a book that has a lot of info I would recommend this. 

The main idea is about Darwin and how he had came up to the great theory! It also talks about his childhood. His life was adventureous. One fact I learned was that he had 8 children! That a lot! The second fact I learned was that one of his children (Annie) had gotten ill and died at the age of ten. The third fact I learned was that he wrote about 4 books! I thought that he had just had learned about nature and stuff and thought of the theory! I wonder if there is another book like this with a lot of facts, it would help a lot! My favorite new learning was that
He was confident. He spent about 3 years making a book. I was surprised that he had 8 CHILDREN that a lot! Really a lot!!!
