My family is Irish so I looked up the Irish meaning. Tara refers to the Hill of Tara, a ceremonial site and the ancient seat of the High Kings of Ireland from the late Stone Age. It comes from the Gaelic word "Teamhair" which means "elevated place" or "hill"

My parents named me that because they just liked it.

My family is religious so Jasiah is a somewhat biblical name, it's derived and originated from Josiah (King Josiah in the Bible, royal line of King David) which means "God will save." The reason my parents named me Jasiah instead is because they didn't want me to have the nickname Jo/Joe, and to be honest I'm thankful it is Ja or J instead. Not an extremely interesting concept, I think, but that's the reason why I have my name.

My parents got the name from movies. They liked the main character from V For Vendetta and The Mummy, and her name from both is Evie, they liked the personality of both characters. The spelling they changed a bit but they liked the overall name.
