Secondly, if students have any academic questions, I think it is not a good idea to go to Student Psychological Counsellors because “fear of failure, problems with concentration and so on” they are all about personal problems, it is more suitable to go to Student Counsellors or Faculty Association and Society instead of going to Student Psychological Counsellors.  Finally, these two letters are very clear and give the main problem Justine B. has met. However, there are still some grammatical problems. Besides, she can find the answers from teachers or her tutors. I think they wrote very well and said what Justine wanted.
