Aiste started her Parents in Mind journey when she began volunteering for our NCT North West Parents in Mind division. With first hand experience and receiving her accreditation in Peer Support Training, she took on this role in July 2022 when NCT Parents in Mind began mobilising peer support in East Sussex!

She will be one of the first voices you hear when you self refer or be referred via a Health care professional into our Peer Support service.
