It involves an &quot;I do,&quot; &quot;We do,&quot; &quot;You do&quot; approach and even then it is challenging for students who speak languages other than english. If we start this when students are in Kindergarten and collaborate with grade level teachers above and below our given grade level we may be able to come up with ways to practice with students in more effective ways.
