6. What species of fish does Marjorie have, and which is the favourite? How do you know?
Angel fish, big and flat, neon tetras, bright firework sparks, cat-fish, carp, blind cave fish, eels, and her favorite fish is her new one which she calls for Russ. Because they tell about it in the story.

7. Who is Mick? What feeling does he provoke in her? What image is used about that feeling (p. 83, l. 18)?
Mike is a man, who come to Marjorie's house. Officially does he have to help her, but instead he use her to get money and food.
Marjorie doesn’t like him at all, but she still let him in. She feels afraid if he is there.
She feels like “Mike is a predator, and Marjorie his prey”

8. How did Marjorie happen to meet Mick? Why did she open her door to him? Why does she not like him?
The school had given her name to the Social Services, who have included her in their Community Scheme. So every friday afternoon there comes someone, and that someone is Mike.
She doesn’t like Mike because he use her and he is evil to her fish.

9. Which of Marjorie's fish is ill? Why did the author choose that one, do you think?
The Angel Fish, maybe because it is innocent?

10. When Mick holds the fish in the air, how is the fish's situation described? In addition, Marjorie's situation?
Her mouth was dry, she was weak with anxiety, feeling empathy for the fish and was rage.
The fish gasped and burned in the air because it need water.

19. Do you see a happy ending? What is the 'message' of this story?
No, not really
That if you are evil to someone, something evil will happen to you.

11.	The fished drops down as a "doomed angel". What does that suggest?Marjorie loves her fish, especially this one. So we think it drops down as a “doomed angel” because she thinks of it as an angel that is now doomed to dead.12.	Once the fish is dead, how do Mick and Marjorie react?Mick had laughed at her head, and she was choked. Then glimpsed weakness and fear over his face just for a second. 13.	Explain the "glimpse of weakness and fear" that Marjorie detects in Mick. When he is back to normal, how does he react? Whose point of view do we have here?He becomes insecure just for a second, but then was the cockiness back.14.	What happens in the text (p. 85, l. 13)? What effect does it have on the reader? He looks like he has just been in a fight. The effect on the reader isn’t too big. We don’t feel sorry for him. 15.	Why does Marjorie let Mick in after the last episode? She lets him in to have a revenge.

She has a happy ending because she has her revenge, but Mick dies. The message is to treat other people in a decent way.
