I feel pretty confused when I enter libraries. I feel like I tend to feel lost.

Oftentimes I don’t know where to start.

I wouldn’t say I feel safe, it depends on the types of books I see advertised that give me insight as to how a library moves.

I’m a sophomore at ssu and iv been going to the library for resources multiple times. I really like how inclusive the library is and how many diverse subjects and tops for books and how all of it is out on display and easy to access.

I personally love the library:) I use it fairly often as a study space but I didn’t know we have such a cool space like the archive here! I’ll definitely be hitting that up at some point

the library is a cozy, comfy, and valuable space. it is one of my safe spaces and i think there are a lot of books that make me feel seen and transparent.

looks cool but i dont read as a hobby anymore, i might come here to hangout or do work because it's very calming. nice to know how safe the staff on this campus is :)

I knew the existence of archive before this class, but I didn’t know it’s so easy for me to access! I will try to use archive to help with my papers in the future!

While I currently don’t have a personal use for archives, their existence is a source of joy and comfort to me. Literature and art are the most human creations and it’s critical for us to preserve how they’ve evolved through history. I’m especially glad we have a trans archive in particular not too far away, and if I’m ever able to donate something to it I would love to.

love it for studying, i’ve only checked out a couple books since i already have a bunch i’m kind of reading- it can be hard to find things but i like the energy of a library

It’s a very chill environment once you get used to it. I did get lost a lot my freshman year.
