Theories begin from discussion of concepts and ideas that are neither measurable nor observable, however, when these concepts and ideas  develop into theories they become known as constructs (Health promotion theories note, p. 2). Theories provide guidelines for psychological practice, they predict behavior, and good theories are testable and generalizable. 

In this assignment, you are expected to review each of the following theories under these subheadings:
1. Author(s) & year
2. Major positions of the theory
3. Constructs of each theory and their meanings. 
4. Application-In not more than five lines propose an intervention to reduce police brutality in Nigeria based on each theory.
