         <description><![CDATA[<p>Questions could be risky asking, if you ask a person a question and they don't have an answer or don't know what the answer could be, it could cause more questions. This would lead up to your first question in the beginning never getting answered. If someone doesn't know the answer and they give you false information then it could end up giving you confusion or problems.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It would be ignorant of me to say that asking questions would be by any means risky, but on the contrary benifital. To progress in anything one must build upon what he already has,  but in order to obtain a factual and true understanding of something one must question the very foundation before building atop. A perfect example of this is a construction worker adding multiple floors to a house before making sure his base, his foundation is truly solid. </p>]]></description>
