- Hiurma: She teaches English in a Professional and Vocational Training programme (for future chefs, hairdressers, etc.). She has a maximum of 15 students and most of them are adults with different levels.

She used to work in a rural secondary school where she was the only English teacher. Max. 12 students per class and varied English levels.

- Sonia: She is the Head of Studies in her secondary school and also teaches English in compulsory and non-compulsory education (Bachillerato - Sixth Form). Average of 30 students per class.

Hello Hiurma and Sonia, do you have many discipline problems in your schools? If so, what is the biggest problem and does it interfere with the students' learning? If not, why do you think that is? Kind regards, Sharon

Hello Sonia, as a Head of Studies, do you allow other teachers for flexibility in terms of the content? If yes, have you seen/observed any interesting topics outside of the curriculum? If not, why?
